How Many Eggs should Prospective Weight Lifters Consume Daily?

Every prospective bodybuilder or weight lifter needs to consume a great deal of protein on a daily basis to boost muscle growth. In order to achieve this, most people consume varying combination of eggs, supplements, and lean meats. Eggs are essential for aspiring weightlifters as it contains all the essential amino acids that the body requires. It also provides excellent nutrition for damaged tissues, and it improves the speed of muscle recovery.
